• Researched the power structures in Zimbabwe, including political factions, business leaders, and influential individuals in order to determine how a Mercy Corps program could most beneficially impact Zimbabwean society.
• Developed a primary research (field work) project that identified key players in the power structure in order to engage them in interviews to gain insight on the potential for a peaceful resolution to the inter-party.
• Presented findings via PowerPoint to team members and submitted findings as a grant proposal to USIP.
• Collaborated with a team of individuals to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation indicators database that measured the impact of Mercy Corps grants in order to show the donor community the efficacy of Mercy Corps’.
