I established a subsidiary targeting the travel/health insurance market, ultimately mentoring individual Chief Executive Officers for the China, Moscow and New York subsidiaries. Negotiated a cooperation agreement with the largest insurance company in China, completing the formation of an immediately successful subsidiary. Cascaded the roadmap to create subsidiaries to the Moscow and New York markets, managing three CEO’s in different countries, securing major government clients, and providing direct engagement of Chinese staff on overseas governmental projects. Assisted the Board in the preparation of the business case to facilitate the sale of the company.
