Installation, commissioning and the core integration with other nodes like STP, HLR, SMC, Billing Center, MPLS, CRBT, VMS, IN, IPSRP & etc. RA test template finalization and execution. Validation of Performance reports templates.Handling Technical complaints and coordination with all Internal & External teams based on the requirement. Resolving and closing the complaint with in SLA and doing analysis based on customer complaints and providing the support to RF planning to arrive site requirements. Giving timely information to the call center team during the outage times and ensuring the complaints closed as FTR. Involving various team activities with all technology teams to reduce the customer complaints. Handling Complaint Management operations for ICR Customers (Both In-Roaming & Out-Roaming). Root cause analysis for the complaints received. Identifying process gaps and Suggesting improvement plan for processes. Ensuring the solution implementation and monitoring of the actionable. Training customer care agents in use of systems and other processes. Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development, and corrective action plans. Perform quality checks, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives.
