• Preparing LC and Non LC Substitute documents to Bank.• Preparing Pre shipment and post shipment documents.• Management of various export incentive schemes.• Using the service of C&F service providers for Sea & Air shipments• Ensure timely availability of both AL and EPCG licenses as required• Ensure timely credit of the export benefit scheme viz DBK/FMS/FPS etc• Ensure timely usage/redemption of various licenses• Ensure to obtain best price and best service from Service Providers for Freight and C & F services• Ensure all statutory requirements with respect IEC/JDGFT are met• Timely responses to notices/letters from government bodies• Extensive Experience of Govt. Policies, Adv License, EPCG, DBK, Excise, Service Tax, DGFT, Logistics etc• Operational knowledge of various levels Customs Excise, DGFT work flow knowledge etc• Operational Knowledge Import/Export, Customs/Port activities ,container, freight management etc• Working with experience of above Rs 100.00 crore turn over companies.• To Manage the Concern as Profitability and control overhead expenses.• To communicate with buyers directly for shipments, payments and other approvals.• Export & Import Documents Preparing.• Booking containers from liners and Guide to CHA.• Shipment Planning, Import LC Opening and Duty draw back follow-ups.• ECGC, AEPC, TEXTILES COMMITTEE, INSURANCE COMPANIES & DGFT follow-ups.• Guidance and instructions to the team and to custom house agents for clearance of export and import cargoes.• Booking of forward contract for Pre shipments, Post shipment and advance Inward Remittance.• To lias and finalize the Logistics arrangements with the forwarders, Agents and Airlines for Import and export cargoes.• Lias with bankers day to day activities on bill submission, bank guarantees and other proposals and maintain all banking works.• Interaction with bank for clarification.
