As an Infrastructure Manager in my current role, my focus over the last two years has been on strengthening my leadership and project management skills, as well as my technical knowledge. I strive to continually develop and challenge myself and motivate my team so that I remain on task and productive to get the best out of them. Over the course of my fifteen-year career in Information Technology I have experienced a wide range of technologies and environments, whilst simultaneously developing my professional and personal skills. Working in a collaborative, performance-driven environment I’ve made significant contributions to each organisation I’ve worked for, delivering projects and achieving milestones.
