• Administrative duties including diary management, word processing, general day-to-day creation and management of spreadsheets and databases and general office duties as required.• Support the Recruitment team by ensuring they have quality, up-to-date material/job ads.• Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when the Recruitment team is unavailable.• Answer customer queries and support various relevant projects.• Source candidates through the internal database, LinkedIn and relevant social media platforms.• Prescreen applications, assess prospective applicants against the job spec criteria and match them with vacancies at client companies.• Draw up shortlists of candidates to interview by the Recruitment team.• Maintain excellent internal communication with clients, candidates and the team.• Designing posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter• Provide admin support to CEO and Headhunter Team Lead• Organise, compile and update candidate and client records and documentation• Prepare manage and store client contracts for the company• Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities• Arranging assessments and questionnaires• Pre-screening candidates and conducting reference checks• Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards• Researching industries and companies• Provide admin support to the recruitment team• Manage and maintain and update the CRM database• Completing Ad Hoc duties as requested• Act as the POC to new clients and candidates
