For over 20 years, I have been creating and leading strategic growth engines for multinational corporations in the Agri-Food Tech sector, leveraging my skills in strategy, innovation, and presentations. As the Managing Partner of URIKA PARTNERS, I represent and assist global companies such as CSM Ingredients, Dole, and Novozymes in generating value and capitalizing on new growth opportunities by using a multidisciplinary approach with deep innovation skills with investments, M&A processes, and venturing activities.I have founded and managed several innovation and digital business units, ventures, and R&D teams for Nestle, Dole, and Novozymes, bringing hundreds of products to the global market and collaborating with over 25 brands. I am also one of the founders of the Israeli Agri-Food Tech ecosystem, an active player in the global Agri-Food Tech scene, and the chairperson of Coller Competition Food-Tech Track, one of the most prestigious startup competitions. I am a public speaker, an innovation addict, and a great believer in the role of innovation and startups in shaping the global economy.
