During this time I was exploring other innovative opportunities such as freelancing. I made the decision to enroll in a Project Management Certificate Course to establish a solid foundation in project management through Cornell University. I completed the Project Management Certificate in August 2020.

Responsible for coordinating project schedules with developers, architects, engineers and consultants for TIs and New Construction projects. Ensure the delivery of requested items from different parties and consultants to execute project related milestones such as clearances and department approvals. Responsible for tracking a high volume of clearances and permits such as Excavation, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Shoring, Grading, Street Improvements, Haul Routes, Fire, Green, DAS, Building, A, B, and R Permits. Communicate fees of project related expenses to client such as Building Plan Check Fees, Permit Fees, Clearance Fees, Inspection Fees, Deposits, Bonds, School Fees, etc.. Update project tracker on a daily basis to track project progress such as action items, milestones, deadlines, fee payments, verification meetings. Managed and delegated tasks to assistant project managers on a daily basis

• Under the direction of a project manager completed tenant improvement and new construction related tasks such as paying fees, permit clearances, and attended verification appointments • Visited different department counters to acquire building permit clearances • Responsible for picking up drawing redlines and dropping off at print shop for scanning• Responsible for inputting expenses and logging in work hours on a daily basis • Recorded and filed project related documents such as Affidavits, Requests for Modifications, etc.,

Duties included but not limited to recording Patient's History of illness Intake Report, taking and recording Patient's Vitals, logging in patient's medication and provided refills when needed. Also assisted the physician's with minor medical procedures such as acupuncture, regenerative medicine practices, and non-invasive approaches.

Served as a Tutor & Mentor for at risk under-represented minorities who struggled academically. Tutored a diverse group of students ranging from kindergarten to 9th grade. Responsible for developing educational activities that would help develop their cognitive and critical thinking and comprehension.
