Product owner of Apinf platform. I also manage customer projects and our teams. Getting more and more into IoT and FIWARE co-operation.I used to do this: Managing Sampo Software projects and moonlighting on the side as Apitalist. Tasks include traditional sw project management, acting as customer interface and so on. Apitalist work is more versatile, I'm doing consulting in API economy area, for example webinaars etc.

Finland

Working in multiple projects in IT sector. Doing consulting work, taking away the pain from our customers. Can do Linux/AWS backend and some front if needed. Python, Node.js and Java are in my repertoire. Worked with Symbian, Qt, Windows Phone. Languages used mainly C++/C#. Also Integration and support work. See project history for more details.Team lead role is on the line management side. It's about listening to people, implementing changes to HR policies and working closely with HR manager and other management team.Tasks include supporting sales by digging project leads, pre-screening CVs and participating job interviews. It is also job performance appraisals and development discussions with consultants. Sometimes it is also conflict resolution.All and all, line management work gives nice contrast to "hard" engineering work.

Finland

Mostly worked in field testing. GCF certification testing and managing field test projects abroad. I was part of field test core team. We did a ramp-up of our internal field test team and were building up the testing business. My tasks included sales, operations planning, team/project leading, account management and training. We had several customer test projects including Windows CE, Symbian and proprietary OS devices. I got first business win for the team, that felt pretty good. After that I was the account manager for that customer.
