The electrification project is the flagship project of Israel Railways in the current decade. The 12 billion Shekels project includes the electrification of 1,000 km of track, construction of 14 Transformers sub stations, assembly of signaling and control systems, the purchase of new electric rolling stock and more.Key Responsibilities:• Creation of the project quality management plan.• Creation of the project quality documentation system.• Audit and ensure the QC fulfills all quality requirements from the quality plans, contracts, standards and laws.• Manage site supervisors to conduct spot-checks and assure quality procedures are executed.• Operate the client’s laboratories and surveyors.• Track and review of all the QC documents.• Track and manage the project’s non-conformities.• Issue weekly and monthly quality reports.

The 23km Light Rail Red Line project consists of 33 stations, of which 10 will be underground. It is one of Israel’s highest-profile infrastructure developments and the first below-ground transit system. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and Support Systems Assurance and RAMS obligations of the Project Managing Company.- Manage Review and Approval of contractors' documentation.- Manage the delivery of Systems Assurance evidence provided by the Contractors. - Identify, Track and Report on the status and performance of Systems Assurance responsibilities in their scope.- Creation and Administration of central Systems Assurance Action trackers to ensure all necessary actions are recorded and tracked to completion in a timely manner. - Ensure the Systems Integrator is fulfilling their contractual obligations in an appropriate and timely manner.- Ensuring quality standards are achieved throughout the respective project teams while observing the Q/HSE policies and procedures at all times.

Quality control management and supervision for multidisciplinary engineering projects in the fields of infrastructure, rails, roads, residential and non-residential buildings.Key Achievements:- Israel Rail Ways: Development and management of test and maintenance procedures for freight locomotives.Development of maintenance procedures for rolling stock components and supplementary machinery.Retrofit design for railroad cars’ roof parts, floors, electricity cabinets and pneumatic doors.- Tel Aviv Light Rail: Supervision of the infrastructure construction at the Red Line underground stations.- Road 6: Supervision of the mechatronic systems installation, testing and commissioning.- Infrastructure and Civil (Residential, office, Hospital, School, train service-stop): Quality control management of the construction, infrastructure, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
