As a Food Engineer graduated from Izmir Institute of Technology at June of 2024, I am passionate about exploring different aspects of my field and applying my knowledge and skills to real-world problems. Currently, I am thrilled to join La Lorraine Bakery Group NV as a Food Technologist Trainee in the International R&D team within BU Frozen. In this role, I am diving into the research and development of innovative frozen bakery products, focusing on quality and product enhancement.Previously, I gained valuable experience as a long-term quality assurance intern at Anadolu Efes, one of the leading alcoholic beverage companies in Turkey and Europe, where I support the quality control and improvement processes of various products.I have also gained good experience and insights from my previous internships, exchange programs, and extracurricular activities. I studied Food Biotechnology at the Slovak University of Technology for five months, where I learned about the latest developments and innovations in the industry. I completed my school internship at Urlice Vineyards, where I was involved in all the stages of winemaking, from harvesting to bottling. I participated in the Work and Travel program in the U.S.A., where I worked in markets and restaurants, improved my English, and learned about new cultures. I joined several clubs at school, such as Innovation, World Dances, Radio and Broadcasting, Healthy Lifestyle, and Sailing, where I developed my communication, problem-solving, and social media writing skills.
