Human Resources Business Partner
Current- Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.- Work closely with leaders to support organizational development, change management, and performance management processes.- Provide strategic guidance on talent management, recruitment, training, and development processes.- Design, implement, and analyze programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.- Take an active role in workforce planning and employee performance evaluation processes.- Offer counsel on employee relations, resolve issues, and ensure legal compliance.- Advise management on organizational structure and workforce planning.- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and promote a culture of inclusivity.- Manage performance monitoring and development processes; support employees in their career - development journeys.
