While at Vanguard, I transitioned the legacy and local data management processes and technology to a global follow the sun operating model while building out the team. I oversaw the program delivery and budget of the highly sophisticated technologies that support the portfolio management and trading processes. I have spent the last 5 years, putting my good process, data and technology knowledge to good use as I oversee investment and operational risk management, oversight and governance. I successfully optimized team operating models and achieved efficiency gains through agile ways of working, encouraging and enabling the teams to find innovative ways to automate processes and finding opportunities to leverage the scale and efficiencies achieved with different global operating models.  Developing people and building highly effective and diverse teams has been a priority for me as a leader. I focus on building trust, driving accountability, managing cross functional relationships effectively and maintaining a purpose-focused environment while delivering strong outcomes in a fast paced, complex, highly regulated, and global team environments. I'm a passionate mentor and coach and I will prioritize time to share insights and experiences while taking every conversation as a learning opportunity for my own personal growth.
