As a SaaS Growth Consulting Mentee and Content Manager at Inturact, I worked closely with clients to understand their business needs to plan and implement growth strategies.══ STUDIOUS ══In this role, I studied the client's product, current content, keywords in their industry, and all the research documentation that the senior growth consultants would do for the team. Once I had a better understanding of the client's business, I conducted keyword research and strategized a Content Campaign to be discussed in the next meeting. Each Content Campaign had from 7 to 11 articles which topics combined into a large eBook. I created google spreadsheets called Content Calendars, which included all the details for each article, as well as due dates for parts of the process. I presented the Content Calendars in the meetings to get feedback to revise the strategy of the campaign. If needed, I would make changes and then get final approval.I would start the creation process after client approval by meeting with writers, proofreading drafts, making changes, and sending the final draft to the client for approval. In addition to managing client content, I also helped with user onboarding, landing pages, SEO optimization, email drip campaigns, and more. As a mentee, I had the opportunity to work with my mentor, Trevor Hatfield, on various aspects of growing a SaaS business. This included effective communication, data analytics, team alignment, and leadership.
