I have worked as a physical therapist since graduating from Northwestern University in 2009 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I began my career in an outpatient orthopedic setting before transitioning to a full time physical therapist with a home health agency. During my time with Residential I have been promoted from field staff clinician to Clinical Supervisor, to Assistant Clinical Director, where I advanced my skill set to include customer service, patient satisfaction and business operations, with a strong emphasis on excellence in clinical documentation, to Quality Specialist, with a focus on field staff education and mentoring, as well as collaboration with leadership on clinical outcomes and best practices. I look forward to continuing to develop my knowledge and advocating for the role of physical therapy in both clinical and non clinical settings.
