I help people connect within our group and with others. I am the community manager for the members Listserv and Forum and coordinate the social media channels. I help start projects and remove the roadblocks to help volunteers share their talents.

Coordinated all technical activities for building a web-based database system for the Ministry of Finance of Ethiopia. I directly supervised a team of 8 developers and I maintained a close relationship with teams in Turkey and US.I also supervised and ran the back-office operation: database administration, networking, Unix and Windows administration.
