Responsibilities:• Ensures timely, full and correct master data set-up over the full lifecycle (data creation to retirement) to support the enterprise across its functions;• Timely and correct modelling of Kellogg supply network within SAP and planning environment, including set-up and interactions between plants, distribution centers, transportation lanes and associated allocation of products to the above in order to ensure that production plants have accurate visibility of demand and that physical product can be shipped in time to meet customer order requirements.• Liaise with other data teams and external partners to ensure all data fields are completed in order to allow customer orders to be shipped and to planed effectively.• Resolve master data issues and focus on continuous improvement to adapt processes for new business needs. Regular auditing procedures conducted to improve efficiencies and increase data quality.

• Create and update supply data elements in planning systems (e.g. SAP and other supported supply systems / tools in use) centered on raw and pack material set-ups;• Co-ordinates with external partners (Co-manufacturers) as single point of contact and ensure that all the data is periodically updated in the designated tool;• Execute any price amendments, material swaps and keep an accurate data base in order to further provide to the Finance Department details such as consumption volumes for the materials, scrap percentages and the budget related to each component.
