As a member of the works council I help promote and protect the interests of my colleagues at NEMO.

As an Event manager I am responsible for the overall operation of the catering facility. My position involves handling preparation before and after events, and working closely with clients to ensure their events are a success. This means I always am available to clients during the entire event. As a Floor manager my responsibilities include: daily operations for three restaurants, quality control, inventory, customer service, health and safety regulations and any issues involving guest experience. My other duties include interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling staff, handling of incoming invoices and the contact with suppliers.

From Scratch & Wine is something I’d like to try out. I want to share my love and passion for food and wine. A recipe from scratch with a lovely glass of wine. ;)This doesn’t mean I’m a pro at cooking or winetasting but I’m sure I can offer some tips & tricks.From Scratch & Wine also represents me because I’m made from scratch too; I’m a very independent woman and I’m not afraid of trying new things in my life.
