Florida Palm is a project management company focused in the Construction and Plumbing sectors in the South Florida Region that provides services to the Public and Private Commercial sectors.

As an owner of Florida Palm Construction, I have worked over the past three years to help create a vision and process for our corporation to thrive in. I have overseen all aspects of the business, including Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and managing our Directors. I have developed Florida Palm's business plan and structure as envisioned by our composite Board of Directors, and have helped grow the company and strengthen its processes to be a sustainable entity. I have created a Quality Control program within each division of our corporation, and am active in the local market to seek out future business and further Florida Palm's reputation within the community.

Mrs. Fay is a consultant with ERM in Tampa, FL with experience in the areas of Performace & Assurance and Air Quality and Climate Change. Mrs. Fay has experience as a support team member in the Performance & Assurance group working with clients in the oil and gas industry by assisting in compliance management system development. The projects include working with databases to manage data for incorporation in compliance management software packages. She also has experience preparing and quality assuring emission calculations for various sources types, Title V and Permit-by-rule permit applications, and Risk Management Planning (RMP) analysis for manufacturing industry clients. Analyzed and researched sustainability opportunities that exist within college athletics as well as within Yale College. Concentrated on Athletic events within the Yale Athletics Department, with a particular focus on facilities management. Implemented new, strategic recycling plans at different facilities based on research and made presentations for different departments, including non-technical departments. Our clients (Athletics and student- athletes) were a technically diverse set of clients, with whom I collaborated with on a weekly basis in order to ensure our success as a program.

Combined different inorganic chemical combinations that would produce wood color for PureColor: a wood stain company that is centered around paradigm-shifting coloring technology. Helped develop a coloring system that can be used on most porous materials and that contains no VOCs or petro-polymer components. Worked in the lab to create formulas, prepared research on potentially hazardous combinations, kept the lab up to date in safety procedures conducted information sessions about Environmental Health and how to protect the Environment to other employees.
