Responsibilities:- maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the General Manager and the Financial Director;- organize the recruitment process, various recruitment channels and an employer branding strategy especially for the main target: students and young professionals;- implement the selection steps (cv screening, tests, interviews)and keep the relation with the candidates;- keep the relation with universities, ONGs and students associations and develop new recruitment channels;- conduct the induction process;- organize and coordinate the annual employee valuation process;- organize the training and learning initiatives in the office;- organize the events aligned to the company’s culture: Team building, Christmas Party, monthly Happy Hours; - order the necessary consumables (e.g. supplies, etc.) and protocol products (e.g. coffee, water etc.);- maintaining a good relation with suppliers: property administration company, medical services provider, etc.;- taking part in monthly meetings and recording minutes of Management Board meetings;- supervising work of the internal front desk representative;- issues the invoices for our clients according to the information received from the accountant;- create and put in place internal procedures regarding the flow of the documents in the office.

Responsibilities:- prepare offers and contracts for targeted clients;- continuous prospecting the market for new clients;- prepare the valuation report according to the valuation standards;- perform the inspection of the real estate properties subject to valuation;- perform market research and write market analysis for valuation reports;- maintain the relationship with all collaborators of the department;- keep in contact with ANEVAR representatives in order to assure that all the members in the department are updated with the association rules;- verify and update the database; - translate various documents;- create template documents (contracts, calculation sheets, valuation reports);- produce presentations (in Prezi or PowerPoint) and reports (Microsoft Excel) to clients;

My focus was to sustain the brokers in their day-to-day activities and to manage the administrative aspects of the department - database, contracts, presentations, market research.
