• Lead and manage the Village's Private Client teams, which includes the Personal Shopping team• Custodian of the HNW database and responsible for keeping data up to date• Create flagship guest experience to attract global HNW guests, high spenders and world-class brands• Deepen & retain knowledge to ensure repeat visit & build long-term guest loyalty to drive incremental sales & SPV• Develop a more sophisticated understanding of HNW guests through consistent and accurate data capture of guests from events• Create and deliver a clienteling strategy for the acquisition, ongoing engagement and retention of HNW clientele, in line with the retail and marketing Village's calendar, with the objective of creating a large and sustainable base of clientele for our brand partners to engage with.• Ensure that there is a robust strategy in place for the Village's VIP and private event spaces that is in line with the direction of the Bicester Village Shopping Collection.• Collaborate with Partnerships Team in order to build new partnerships and leverage existing ones with providers of HNW clientele e.g. private banks, private members clubs as well as hotel and travel groups, among others.• Create and curate contents for the Village's Private Space, to ensure that it hosts a constant stream of guests that our brand partners would be highly interested in acquiring.• Create and curate a compelling series of events and activities elsewhere in the Village as well in the local market to engage with this same target clientele.• Ensure a smooth guest experience that positions the company at the highest level - one that is commensurate with our luxury brand partners' expectations.• Work cross-functionally to co-deliver initiatives with marketing, CRM, PR, retail, remerchandising, tourism and hospitality departments.

• Develop a strategic VIP Program to guarantee a yearly attendance of high spenders and KOL, with the objective to increase SPV, value social media buzz and word of mouth;• Develop a strategic Corporate Program to guarantee a yearly attendance of Employees of companies in the surrounding areas;• Create the right environment and hospitality welcome for VIP. Work closely with hospitality team to secure high quality of services and treats.• Manage VIP mailing list and communication plan for this target• Develop co-marketing, partnerships and relations with third parties to meet strategic objectives and secure the right experiences for guests and reach new targets• Manage daily activities with PR and Ambassadors• Contribute to develop and execute the annual Marketing plan to meet the company's strategy objectives• Hand positioning and VIP events by guarantee high level of VIP experience• Keeping up to date with current activities as well as business related and local news• Develop partnerships & relationships with third parties to meet strategic objectives and create new contents and experience for VIP guests• Attend high level of events in the world of Fashion, Art, Design, Automotive, Golf, Equestrian, Yacht Club and many others, to enlarge relations and develop new opportunities• Share relevant contents with Ambassadors and third parties to enhance the company image and brand awareness• Overseeing and managing budget
