Subsequent to the acquisition of three additional companies in 2012-2013, the Curtiss-Wright Industrial Group was formed, with the mission to become a world-leading supplier of components and sub-system solutions for specialist On- and Off-Highway Vehicles.Responsible for managing a global marketing communications team to transition the new brand identity and key strategic messages to a wide client base. This involved a refresh of all marketing collateral, advertising, press and media relations, websites and social media platforms plus trade show stand designs.In 2013, launched a global CRM project using the Salesforce Sales Cloud, to over 40 regional sales staff in Europe, USA and Asia. This became the primary tool for tracking projects and opportunities with a worldwide client base of specialist vehicle manufacturers.

The company is a world leader in the design and manufacture of position sensors and manual controllers for numerous market sectors including Industrial Automation, Motorsport, Specialist On-Highway and Off-Highway Vehicles.Promoted to Business Development Manager, focusing on new markets, increased promotional activity through press releases and advertising, as well as introducing new technical sales literature. Controlled a PR budget and designed campaigns to maximise return on expenditure. Co-ordinated a targeted advertising campaign into the UK business-to-business design press, achieving a 340% increase in responses from 1996 to 1997. Introduced the "Penny & Giles Motorsport" brand name into the high profile market of Formula 1, Touring Cars and other classes of motorsport. Co-ordinated the development of the first Penny & Giles web-site in January 1997, and controlled the maintenance and updating of information on the site. Assisted with the development of the US operation, including travel to support trade shows in Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago.Transitioned the Penny & Giles brand as part of the Curtiss-Wright acquisition in 2002.
