• Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules; assign balanced workloads; inspect completed work to validate conformance to specifications and standards• Communicate with facilities personnel at all organizational levels to promote an efficient & positive work environment• Monitor and improve maintenance processes to achieve department and organizational goals
