• Checking the correctness and completeness of billing files• Controlling and supervising billing and client receivables• Checking the correctness of the bookkeeping accounts on the Zahir Accounting system• Crosscheck calculated incentives• Submit, check, and control step by step e-invoices system clients until payments• Control & report account receivable weekly

• Responsible to the company’s 5 NPWP including the subsidiary.• Input the Output VAT/Input VAT also check the invoice completeness.• Calculate and report the Periodic Tax Return (SPT PPN masa) at the end of the month for each NPWP badan.• Calculate and report SPT PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and PPh 25 at the beginning of the month for each NPWP badan. • Check, record, and archive pph 23 Tax Withholding Slip that is paid by the clients. • Collect, record, and document the Annual Tax Return files (SPT Tahunan).• Reconcile daily and monthly bank transactions into the Zahir Accounting.• Reconcile the debt and account receivable between the company’s subsidiary group.• Handle the invoice with major companies both systematically and manually +/-200 clients

• Contact, analyze, and compare each offer that benefit the company.• Negotiate the price and other benefits with suppliers. • Make purchase order (PO).• Check and archive the completeness of the purchase invoice documents.

• Become the meeting minutes in each meeting.• Make presentation material for group annual report. • Check the progress and validate the suitability of the company’s new ERP system.• Make quick calculations regarding the goods cost in Microsoft Excel.• Calculate the incentive fee for marketing staff per quarter.• Update the price list of sales product every time the raw material price get increase. • Manage the employee contract.• Make proposal and accountability report about company’s project.

• Record daily report of the use of raw materials.• Fix the working forms that are less effective.• Check the receipt of paid/unpaid invoices in the Zahir Accounting.• Archive bank statements, duplicate invoice, and duplicate tax documents.

• Deliver the learning materials to the students if the lecture unavailable to attend the class.• Help the students while they face difficulties in learning process in the practicum class.• Correct students’ daily assignments and final assignments.• Recap students’ daily grade, final assignments, middle test, and final test.
