Created Optimized Budgeting system for labor hours to be used in all scheduling. Rearranged in house systems to better create reports to be used for future labor analysis and budgeting. Internship through the RBDC (Research and Business Development Center) of Rexburg. I was put into a research team for a man named Jon Bailey where we created a 3 year running proforma for an Ostrich Farm he will be opening in 2019. This included researching topics from buying and selling Ostriches to building and maintaining the farm itself. As a part of my duties I was to be the connection between the team and the client, which included coordinating meetings as well as communicating all progress on the project throughout the weeks.

Salt Lake City, Utah

I worked with the same franchise owner in two different locations in the Salt Lake Valley over the course of my time at Chick-Fil-A running day to day operations within the restaurant on my shifts. I was responsible for the cash flow from the day as well as customer service throughout the day. I was in also tasked with maintaining order in the restaurant and managing the placement and responsibilities of the front of house workers.
