Have initialized and currently manage the process of restructuring of the whole department and changing the software development process (from chaotic, not correctly implemented waterfall to Agile). Currently I organize, manage and couch developer teams, business analysts and project managers in different projects throughout the process of moving to agile methodologies. Also successfully implemented development frameworks and tools (asp.net mvc/testing (TDD)/bug tracking etc.).

Managing Migration Information System's project team consisting of software developers, system and network administrators. Leading the process of architectural improvement of the system. Initialized and have leading part in the process of adopting software development/project management methodologies in the whole software development department of BestComp Group.

Developed and consulted development process of analytical solutions mainly based on Oracle tools: Datawarehouse and BI application for the State Migration Service of the Azerbaijan Republic (based on Oracle Materialized Views and Oracle Business Intelligence 10g); Analytic solution based on Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services for the Administrative Department of the President.
