- To manage Photovoltaic Business ( Over 50 mW/year )- To manage HVAC Business ( Heat Pumps, Boilers, VRF Systems, Floor Heating )- To manage distributorship operations of EATON branded EV Chargers- To manage E-Mobility and Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations ( EVC ) business- To define all targets and strategies- To manage financial operations of the businesses(P&L)

- To establish Efficient Energy Solutions Department- To define targets & strategies of department- To educate all salesman & office managers in HVAC & Renewable Energy- To manage before&after sales operations- To visit 22 offices in Turkey and coordinate the operations- To decide all marketing and sales arguments

- To decide general management of group- To decide new offices opening in Turkey- To decide general marketing strategies- To report to board of management

- To create and develope new dealer / customer portfolio - To visit project designers and dealer- To educate project designers and dealer - To plan before and after sales operations- To translate product catalog to Turkish and design new catalog- To prepare presentation of new products- To design P&I Diagrams
