I'm a writer and translator (Eng-Tur) based in Istanbul, Turkey. I've published two short story collections in Turkish, in 2010 and 2016, and translated over thirty novels and books on science, philosophy, and history – most notably Slavoj Žižek’s "The Courage of Hopelessness" and "Like a Thief in Broad Daylight", alongside Jacqueline Rose’s "Mothers: An Essay on Love and Cruelty." I'm a localization professional, NMT post-editor, and Creative Supervisor. I hold degrees in English Literature, Writing and Literature, and Continental Philosophy, and I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Philosophy.
