Hello! 👋🏽 Thank you for visiting my profile!My name is Ilhaam Manack and I am an aspiring Chartered Accountant. I am currently serving the last year of my traineeship, as a Senior Associate at PwC South Africa. I work in the Energy, Utilities and Resources Assurance Division and have worked on JSE-listed and dual-listed entities such as the Anglo American Group, Harmony Gold Mining Group and AngloGold Ashanti Group. I have recently completed my MCom (Accounting) degree at the University of the Witwatersrand. My research focused on the SDGs and whether the disclosure of the implementation of these goals has improved by JSE-listed entities over time. In the future, I aim to utilize my expertise and background as a soon-to-be, newly qualified Chartered Accountant to contribute meaningfully to organizations, all the while seeking avenues for further professional advancement. I am deeply committed to staying updated on industry trends and evolving accounting methodologies with a keen interest in sustainable development.
