Generating sales quotations for customers, using dedicated sales database systemsEnsure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systemsGenerating reports for internal use by mining information from various computer packages.Updating and managing Excel spreadsheetsDealing with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated mannerChecking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoicesWorking with team members and reporting lines to further enhance existing processes to ensure maximum automation and efficiency

Manage all new order and contingency plan for all account/customers such as Maxis, Digi and Celcom to Central Order Management (COM) in Thailand in order for them to issue out Internal Purchase Order (IPO) to Inter-Unit Supplier.Track and monitor Delivery Plan received by Inter-Unit Supplier to provide weekly report update on estimation time arrival (ETA) for the product and services requested by customer and Project team.Manage warehouse inventory and control its cost and logistics to ensure the availability of product to achieve projects’ deliverables.Prepare invoicing summary based on item delivered and services to Finance for billing process, and to issue Credit Note (CN) for any transaction dispute by both side after validation.To conduct monthly conference with COM to update any issue on order and communicate it to upper management.Provide Sales Order Review (SOR) to issue out Internal Purchase Order (IPO) and provide monthly report for month end closing based on transaction extract from SAP.

Ensure all assigned Fleet Card accounts (accounts: 500 TAR : RM 2M) are properly maintained and managed according to existing procedure and guidelines.Ensure all customers are operating within the approved credit terms and limits through on-time TAR collections via telephones and courier services and revise/increase credit limits whenever required.Responsible for highlighting to management on any account discrepancy or trading above or over term.Involved in outsourcing task to the outsource company, EMCC Putrajaya.Prepare various management reports such as Overdue Report, Monthly Call Report and Turn Around Report.
