1. Lead and organizing IT team to manage infrastructure and support user both at the head office and branch.2. Build high end server, infrastructure , managing, monitoring, trouble shooting and server firmware up gradation, patch management.3. Monitoring IT support systems, including software installation, maintenance (license renewal), procurement of IT equipment and spare parts4. Monitoring IT support related to user management, which includes policy,archiving and managing data (user ID and passwords as well as data backup at user level, servers and network devices), to ensure all systems and data work with in security standards.5. Overcome problems/disturbances on computer equipment (hardware, software) or network. Check and repair damage to computer, server or network devices.6. Perform regular software/antivirus/switch/router update maintenance.7. Provide internal coaching, mentoring and training for all users regarding IT development security awareness results to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all users.8. Conduct Coaching and Counseling and be responsible for developing team competencies to further improve performance.9. Review and ensure all IT policies are running according to company regulations10. Participate in audit internal and external related to food safety, halal guarantee, SNI(ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001)11. Participate in preparing the annual budget related to capex and opex
