* Coordinate with operations, sub-contractors and client to schedule quality inspections and tests to maintain production goals.* Well versed on CSA 47.1 & CSA W59 standards.* Study and understand Quality plan and specifications that pertain to assigned scope of work.* Provide Quality input to operation meetings.* Identify and report non-conforming work to the Quality Manager and provide a Quality deficiency report (QDR).* Utilize codes and industry standards to determine compliance of work.

* Coordinating with discipline supervisors executing piping and civil works and assuring compliance with applicable specification and standards.* Review of fuser qualification test reports, HDPE pipe fused joints using Data logger and verifying asper ASTM standard.* Inspection Checklist preparation and approval.* Review density tests reports conducted by third party testing team and verifying as per the proctors and sieve.* Review of Material Receiving reports (MRR) and Material Testing Reports (MTR).* Site surveillance on quality work progress and daily coordination with Foreman and Field Engineers on site.

* Monitoring weld parameters against the approved WPDS, Verifying correct electrodes and consumables are used, Visual inspection of welds under supervision of CWB L2 inspector.* Flange Face Inspections following PCC-1 standard.* Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and provide technical quality opinion on the correction and corrective actions that are presented by the design.* Coordinating with construction team and assist scheduling Construction & Client walkdowns.* Review of Compaction testing reports.* Witnessing Bolt-up inspections, Verifying Calibration of tools used and applied Torque as per Specification.

* Preparation of ITP's (Inspection and test plan(s)) related to Mechanical & Civil works.* Site surveillance on quality work progress and daily coordination with Field Engineers on site.* Provided support to Quality lead's and Manager on supplier audits and site visits.* Assist Civil and Mechanical Lead's in inspection of works and closure of checklist on time and followup the closure of inspection till the turnover is delivered.

* Preparing and submitting the updated work program and cash flow curve that show actual progress and identifying areas of weakness and developing ways and methods of recovery, if any, and new critical activities.* Monitoring work progress on a daily basis and preparing the weekly, monthly program and report* Preparing BBU (Billing break-up) as per the drawings* Providing technical support to architects, engineers, and experts to strengthen the fire protection design* Proceeding as per the drawings in compliance with NFPA and NBC standards* Attending all internal/external meetings with client and consultant

Testing & commissioning of chilled water system, AHU/FAHU, FCU, HEX, Fans and other mechanical utilities.
