 Lead daily meetings with the QC department to complete priority scales required to meet customer expectations for products delivery. Communicate effectively with customer service representative and production departments of all QC progress during daily meetings so that customers' priority products can be delivered on time. Organize weekly meetings with production, technical and PPIC departments to discuss current issues in order to seek solutions through quality improvement. Manage the formulation of strategies and communicate with the local team and the regional formulation center for SEA and NZ in order to increase productivity and efficiency. Oversee the QC person in charge of documenting all inspections and tests performed on raw materials, in processes, and on finished goods in order to implement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, pre-requisite program, and Halal Assurance System. Establish the specifications of the inspection plan in order to generate a certificate of analysis format that will increase customer trust. Support the technical service department in managing customer complaints, identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address the root cause of issues.
