As a Product Specialist at PT. Mersifarma Tirmaku Mercusana, I contributed to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans for various pharmaceutical products, targeting different segments and channels. I worked with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and regulatory, to ensure the alignment and execution of the product vision and goals. I also managed the product lifecycle, from launch to promotion to evaluation, and provided insights and feedback to improve the product performance and customer satisfaction. With a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara and a Pre-Medical degree from Universitas Andalas, I have a solid background in the medical field, as well as a keen interest in the business and marketing aspects of the healthcare industry. I have developed skills in marketing strategy, management, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and stakeholders.
