CurrentResponsibility• Search suitable candidates based on requirements on the various channel• Online interview with all candidates• Mapping candidates for clients based on requirements• Scheduling user interviews and following up candidates to attend user interview sessions Accountability • Monitor internship staff on handling psychotest process of the candidate• Monitor internship staff on handling technical test/coding test process of candidate• Monitor internship staff on handling candidate administration fulfillment• Monitor new joiner and ensure a new joiner join smoothlyConsultancy• Gather requirements to clients and collaborate with the Account Executive team on the pitching process• Giving explanation about IDstar recruitment and employment process• Giving advice for Account Executive team within consideration on creating rate cards and rate negotiation with clients / potential clients• Giving insight for Account Executive about requirements of clients / potential clients and employement market condition• Giving advice on psychotest and technical test process to internship staff in decision making• Support sales for pricing and rate negotiation
