Perform 24/7 Geotechnical remote monitoring from HxGN Mine Motoring Centre for global mining operation in APAC region

PT. WBN is a large open-pit nickel mine integrated with downstream facility High Presure Acid Leach (HPAL) and Rotary Kiln Electric Furnace (RKEF), covering over 45.000 ha CoW.• Ensuring implementation and supervising of HSE and Risk aspect proceed for achieving the target of production with zero harm.• Conduct 2D/3D geotechnical analysis and assessments for design plan and weekly operational conditions (e.g., pit, dump, haul road, earthworks) following with TARP and surface safety maps.• Propose dimensioning WM System (Pond, Sump, Drainage, Ditch) and follow up the compliance of WM system to Environmental regulation.• Perform daily geotechnical and WM inspections and provide report in coordination with mine operations to ensure continuous safety and stability.• Oversee operation, construction and expansion of the DTSF (30 up to 60 Mm3) according to GISTM, ANCOLD standards.• Regularly monitoring geotechnical and hydrogeological conditions using instrumentation (e.g., VW, PZ, inclinometers, InSAR, etc).• Execute operation of Geotechnical, Geophysical campaign in brow and Green field following LOM plan.• Create SOP in accordance with EMS, KEPMEN 1827, IRMA, and other standards to enhance WBN operations achieve ESG values.• Involved in document preparation, management and meetings for Feasibility studies, Trade off analysis, Due deligence, RKAB, PERTEK, AMDAL etc• Collaborate with WBN - Eramet S.A, consultants, and contractors to drive continuous improvement and strategic advancements in geotechnical practices.

Supervise operation and construction of Concrete Face Rockfill Dam (CFRD) Pamukkulu Project : One of Indonesia's largest National Strategic Projects in water resources infrastructure, with a capacity of 77.62 million m³ and a length of 860 meters.- Completed excavation of 2 tunnels using NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method).- Conducted QC tests on rock bolts, grout cement/Sika, shotcrete, SR, and pullout tests.- Oversaw adherence to DAM construction standards and foundation treatment improvements according to INACOLD, ICOLD, and Komisi Keamanan Bendungan standards and advice.- Performed geotechnical assessments during the construction phase.- Conducted additional geotechnical investigations (coring, SPT, WPT/Lugeon, test pits, falling head tests, UDS, etc.) and laboratory tests.- Reviewed blasting plans for underground/tunnel and open areas.- Reviewed and installed instrumentation (VW, PZ, INC, pressure cells, etc.).- Prepared technical justification reports.
