Managerial ITS is someone who guides an activity, namely LKMM (Student Managerial Skills Training) at a university or institute. A guide will later provide and teach managerial knowledge to the LKMM participants. Guides at the Faculty Level are tasked with guiding at 2 levels of LKMM, namely Pra-Dasar LKMM which focuses on self-development and at LKMM Tingkat Dasar (TD) which focuses on Managerial events.

Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga or Articles of Association and Bylaws are important components in the running of an organization. The legal basis and sustainability of an organization at the student level are closely related to the Articles of Association. The Articles of Association contain the legal basis, goals, and long-term ideals of an organization so that the sustainability can be continued in the following year.

Generasi Integralistik or what could be called Gerigi ITS is one of the activities that all new ITS students must take part in. Gerigi is a series of activities filled with an introduction to campus life, an introduction to various departments and faculties at ITS, and various student cultural customs. Sekolah MWA is one of the event program of BK WMA-WM ITS which focuses on understanding and socializing the functions of MWA WM-ITS. Apart from that, this activity is focused on introducing all students to the 7 Elements of ITS MWA-WM, one of which is also a student representative. This activity was carried out from morning to afternoon and was attended by at least 50 students from various departments at ITS. Safari MWA is a work program designed for visits to several ITS faculties by the ITS BK MWA-WM relations section. This work program is aimed at the seven current faculties. Numerous student representatives from the faculty's associations attend each visitation. The purpose of this activity was to record all complaints and ambitions from students so that they could be forwarded to the university bureaucracy. IARC ITS or industrial Automation Robot Competition is an annual event from the ITS Electrical Automation Engineering Department Student Association. IARC, which will be held in 2023, will be the first time it has been held after a 3-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Every year on November 10, BEM ITS organizes a work program called the "Aksi Sepuluh Nopember" or ASN to honor Heroes' Day. Vokasi Dadi Siji or Vondasi is one of the mandatory activities for new students at the ITS Vocational Faculty to get to know more about the Vocational Faculty starting from the existing organization, culture in each existing department and to get to know colleagues from departments in the Vocational Faculty. As a laboratory assistant, the main responsibility is to support the learning and research process in the field of microelectronics and embedded systems. A thorough understanding of the principles of electronics and programming is an important foundation in carrying out this task.As part of a lab team, interacting with students is one of the most rewarding aspects. Providing guidance, answering questions, and seeing them successfully grasp the concepts being taught is rewarding. It is also an opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, as you often have to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand.

IniLho ITS, which is one of the biggest events held by ITS as a way to introduce the ITS campus in Indonesia. In Inilho ITS, many activities are presented and last for approximately 6 months.
