• Review desk study of area concession • Review or create feasibilility study and COGS calculation for proposed area to be follow up• Conduct site visit to ensure the condition of area prospect.• Create reccomendation presentation and strategic finding to BOD, to get approval for follow up the area concession offering to negotiation phase.• Create business model, commercial term and negotiation with area concession owner.• Coordination with Legal to create MOU and lead until the MOU signed between the parties.• Coordination and Lead technical and non technical due diligence activity• Compile and Create due diligence full report and give recomendation to BOD to aqcuire or not the area concession. • Find another mine and infrastructure for company resources and assets• Report To Head Departement, Head Division, GM, CEO and BOC• Make desk study (make a map report, resources report, and for new proposed IUP• Make a feasibility study for mine an mining activity • Make market and coal industry review• Maintaining correspondences, making appointments with seller and buyer, meeting arrangement & follow up meeting schedules with client, computerizing with regards to company’s works.• General filling maintenance of all documentation (agreement, letters and memo, MOU, Company’s policy etc)• Responsible for arranging partnership document

• Report To sales manager• Responsible in taking minutes of meeting• Give any reccomendation about any investment in capital markets for clients• Provide any stock information or any corporate action • Maintaining correspondences, making appointments, meeting arrangement & follow up meeting schedules, handling of typing, computerizing with regards to company’s works• General filling maintenance of all documentation (agreement, letters and memo, Company’s policy etc)• Screening all incoming & outgoing business calls• Screening all incoming & outgoing letters & memo• Handling incoming & outgoing mails & faxes• Responsible for arranging partnership document
