Current Deliver comprehensive in-class and remote training sessions designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. Facilitate induction, product training, network and technical, sales, customer service, systems, and service provisioning training. Being the point in-charge of Knowledge Management - where creating digital knowledge resources, and Ops processes and Policies. Being the Salesforce Knowledge Master, publishing and record keeping Ops, infrastructure, network, and technical content. Identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging learnings from all Superloop and Exetel OPs teams. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through employee feedback and knowledge retention. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and standards related to training.
