As an Urban Planner with over 9,5 years of research & teaching experience at Istanbul Technical University's Department of Urban and Regional Planning, I have developed a robust background in sustainable urban development. My academic journey has been shaped by a strong focus on urban sustainability. During my master's, I specialized in urban energy efficiency, eco-efficiency, and my doctoral research centered on sustainable food systems and urban food planning.I have further enhanced my expertise through certifications, including the "Carbon, Water, and Energy Calculation and Evaluation" course provided by ITU SEM. Recently, my professional interests have expanded to encompass ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics, where I am actively broadening my knowledge and staying abreast of the latest regulations, standards, and frameworks.Looking ahead, I am committed to deepening my expertise in ESG to drive sustainable practices within organizations.
