Lisans eğitimime, ingilizce olarak Kocaeli Üniversitesi'nde devam ederken farklı sektörlerde ve departmanlarda staj yapma ve kendimi geliştirme imkanı buldum. Üniversite mezuniyetinden sonra Durmaz Vida Limited Şirketi'nde tam zamanlı olarak üretim & planlama departmanında çalıştım. Bu süreçte sadece üretim planlama değil; kalite, lojistik, satın alma departmanlarının işleyişi hakkında bilgi sahibi oldum. Ancak mühendislik konusunda öğrenme ve kendimi geliştirme isteğim hiç azalmadığı için İtalya'da master eğitimi almaya karar verdim. Master süresince yurt dışındaki mühendislik teknikleri, disiplinler arası projeler ve kültürel farklılıkların mühendislik alanına yaklaşımını gözleme şansım oldu. Eğitim geçmişim ve deneyimlerim; takım çalışmasına uygun, enerjisi yüksek, her zaman öğrenmeye açık, olaylara geniş bir perspektiften bakabilen bir mühendis olmama yardımcı oldu.While I was continuing my undergraduate education at Kocaeli University, I had the opportunity to do internships and improve myself in different sectors and departments. After graduating from the university, I worked full time in the production & planning department of Durmaz Vida Limited Company in Istanbul, Turkey. During this process, not only I have learned production planning also, I have got various knowledges about the processes of the quality, logistics and purchasing departments. However, since my desire to learn and improve myself in engineering never stopped, I decided to study for a master's degree in Italy. During my master, I had the chance to observe the approach of engineering techniques, interdisciplinary projects and cultural differences abroad to the field of engineering. My educational background and experiences helped me to become an engineer who is suitable for teamwork, has high energy, always open learning, and able to look at events from a different perspective.
