Responsible for the oversight and management of the Individual and Family Services Department. This department includes a number of highly experienced staff. With over 500 inquiries for help each month and 60+ groups, this department provides foundational and transformational support to clients. Also responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services for individuals on the autism spectrum (teens and adults) and their families (of individuals on the spectrum of all ages). Ilia also provides clinical consultation around client issues as well as direct services to individuals and families via coaching and support groups.
