• Job transition from the then GSK Consumer Healthcare to now Haleon, a standalone consumer healthcare business post official demerger.• Currently on assignment to manage the E2E process of primary packaging & labelling artworks for Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei (MSB) in Wellness (VMS), OTC & Skin Health categories.• On a special project to oversee and plan the Artwork Separation Readiness as part of demerger from GSK to Haleon from SEAT’s artwork perspective. Responsibilities include creating artwork forecasts and volumes for the next 5 years to manage headcount and resource availability for all markets in SEAT & to manage artwork costs and budgeting. Also working in cross functional teams including with Regional Separation Artwork team and with Global Artwork Providers to ensure seamless artwork rebranding projects.

• Role promotion to Artwork Manager post A&S. I am also now responsible in managing the artworks for Taiwan, forming a new region now called South East Asia-Taiwan (SEAT) after merging with Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. I am also responsible in artwork management with most of the categories in GSK Consumer Healthcare namely Oral Health, Wellness, Respiratory & Skin Health.• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including regional & Global Category marketing teams, local markets, regulatory and GSK’s worldwide sites (GSK-owned & Contract Manufacturers) for key NPIs, artwork design restages, manufacturing site transfers and cost-saving artwork projects.• Part of the regional core team in deploying GSK’s latest artwork management system to SEA-T markets, which includes providing training and early life support until the system is stable and commercial team is able to achieve perfect briefs. Currently part of the core team in deploying L-PCH manufacturing sites and colleagues in onboarding to GSK’s artwork management system and WoWs.

• Regional Artwork Coordinator supporting six South East Asia’s markets in GSK’s Oral Health, Skin Health and Nutrition category - a substantial and competitive category in the consumer healthcare business sector• Acts as the interface in managing all packaging artwork activities between the commercial team (brand marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, supply chain, supply hub) and both CM and global manufacturing sites for SEA markets in GSK • Coordinates and manages stakeholders’ expectations and ensure projects are completed on time with minimal errors and costs• Trains and supports across all cross-functional teams on artwork management systems, ensuring all artworks are completed within the expected timeline and gearing towards the digitalisation of artwork processes by making use of system-based artwork and labelling management processes• Continuous monitoring, identifying and executing of performance trends in artwork management. Identifying and enhances the WOWs, artwork speed of delivery and quality to manufacturing sites whilst adhering to individual local market’s rules and regulations and GSK Global policies• Supports the Global Artwork team on regional artwork KPIs & trends, ways to improve the WOWs across all functions and rolling out a perfect version of artwork management system
