Develop a project-based, student-driven, and culturally relevant English as a foreign language curriculum and multi-level assessment strategy for Yayasan Loka Mawa Upadhi, an after school learning center in Muntig, Bali. Create teacher training workshops to teach the basics of educational theories, pedagogical techniques, and teaching strategies and methods delivered to local Balinese teachers and international volunteers. Collaborate with local staff to develop and improve educational projects to meet student needs. As the Director of Service Learning, I head our international volunteer recruitment and enrollment processes, while virtually training participants on TEFL strategies, thematic lesson planning, and intercultural competency. I have co-developed the volunteer curriculum and the volunteer liaison curriculum for our service learning programs. Additionally, I manage and coordinate 5 university BALI Clubs in their crowdfunding and advocacy efforts.
