In addition, launched employee management programs to invest in Erie staff, developed staff performance incentive program and the organizational people and systems infrastructure needed for Erie’s future growth plan.

Led $9 Million fundraising program comprised of annual giving, grants, and special events. Designed and directed Erie 50th Anniversary Campaign, which included fundraising, marketing, and public relations. Launched creation of Erie’s annual fundraising luncheon and Erie’s Auxiliary Council, as well as led revamp of Erie's new internet and creation of Erie’s intranet. Leader of Erie's competitive federal grantwriting efforts that produced over $2M of new revenues annually.

Led $2M Capital Campaign for renovation of Erie's second largest facility. Recruited and led 10 member fundraising volunteer committee. Quality Improvement/Customer Service: Oversaw bi-annual community needs assessment research and analysis. Created the Erie Patient Concern Line in 2003, access point for community members to voice comments. Legislative/External Relations: Oversaw and directed Erie’s legislative agenda, which included working with legislators to obtain earmark funds for Erie programs.
