Problem-solving and answering emails, calls, messages, and guest requests. Organising bookings and transfers. Preparing and managing bookings, tasks, and reports. Coordinating the Housekeeping dept. for better performance. Taking photos of the property, home-staging, andpreparing media for Marketing.
