Leading a newly established unit within the Bank’s IT department, with overall responsibilities of Quality assurance and control of all IT projects, together with oversight of Risk and Security management issues of Bank’s Information systems

In charge of three enterprise-wide efforts – Temenos T24 Core banking implementation program, Business Process Modeling (BPM) project, and Disaster Recovery Planning project.T24 - Management of the bank’s team throughout program lifecycle including business case development, vendor selection and contracting, planning, scope management, requirements analysis for all modules and interfaces, banking product/gap design and vendor deliverables quality control. Development of detailed schedule, risk management, communication plans and status reports for the business sponsors. Analysis for changes impacting the program, evaluation of the problems and solutions. Work with business stakeholders, bank’s IT team and implementation partner to determine and prioritize project objectives, critical success factors and project risks, develop and control adherence to project management standards, control project schedule and budget. BPM Project: Definition of start-to-end project implementation methodology, approval of project budget and plans, consulting company and software tool selection and contracting, internal team resourcing, management of the training process for the bank staff. Prioritization of the project objectives, control of schedule and costs, vendor relationship maintenance, business sponsor reportingDisaster Recovery Planning project - in charge of concept development for IT disaster recovery planning, project initiation, requirements gathering, plan development and testing.

Project managed and consulted on the implementation of Legal Case Management system for Supreme Court of Georgia. Oversaw creation of comprehensive business and functional requirements document for the system, software and hardware vendors’ selection, project planning, resourcing and user acceptance testing

Defined the project management process to be applied;Prepared project plans and budgets and obtained management approval;Scoped project requirements, identified and scheduled resources, managed requirements elicitation process, tracked each team member’s progress, kept employees and business sponsors informed of the progress;Initiated and oversaw software vendor and business process consultant selection process;Established contingency plans, analyzed risks and instigated avoidance activities;Analyzed actual performance against the plan and ensured that timely adaptive action was taken;Coordinated business activities and technical decisions;

- Managed transition from several disparate Information Systems to an Integrated ERP System for the firm. Within this project I scoped business and functional requirements, identified and scheduled necessary resources, tracked technical team’s progress and quality assured their work on a daily basis. Managed all system changes and updates, meanwhile keeping management of the firm informed of the progress;- Managed transition from several disparate information assets, databases and systems to an automated Legal Case Management System (“Arbitrator 1.0”) and further system upgrades. Within this project I managed elicitation of business, functional and software requirements for the “Arbitrator” project, oversaw developers’ work, devised migration approach and plans, oversaw user-acceptance testing and user training in the developed software tool.
