As the ‘’Head of the Corporate Market’’ I set-up the Enterprise Business Unit from scrath and it was a great challenge for me to set up something from the very beginning. I was responsible for 7 departments and I managed 40 employees. Four of them dealt with sales, one in the SoHo market, one in the SME market including the Large Accounts, one with the Wholesale Market and one of them delivers Indirect sales (through the Business Partner network and the Call Centers). The other three that I was monitor were the supporting departments, the Corporate support dpt that enhance our sales teams and our business partner network, the Presales dpt, that provides all the necessary support to the sales teams from the initial offer to the customer till the customer signs the contract and last the Project Management department that was responsible to deliver the projects that the sales team brings in (within budget and within the agreed time frame).

Responsible for two sales teams, Large Enterprises & Athens Channels.Supervising, motivating and monitoring teams performance.Setting budgets/targets and monotoring them.Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base.

Responsible for Major Accounts Sales team, membered by six accounts officers and three back-officers.Supervising, motivating and monotoring team performance.

Responsible for the development of business and relationships with company's Major customers.Providing consulting services and custom solutions.

Prospect and qualify new customers, initiating and establishing new relationships from the interest generation stage through to close.Mantain and expand existing relationships.

Promoting & re-selling the Company's products (Cosmote product portfolio).Responsible for managing the retail stores and partners in the areas of Athens and Peloponnesus.

Maintain and expand existing relationships with major customers.Responsible for prepairing offers/proposals for Public Sector.

Prospect and qualify new customers, initiating and establishing new relationships from the interest generation stage through to close. Mantain and expand existing relationships.
