Service Delivery Manager
CurrentAs a Service Delivery Manager at Orfium, I oversee the entire Service Value Stream, ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery. My key responsibilities include:- Service Value Stream Management: Owning the complete service delivery process, from design to implementation and continuous optimization. I collaborate with the Integration team to design service flows, conduct trials, and develop proof of concepts (POCs) that meet client requirements.- Service Performance Monitoring: Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure service performance, analyzing data regularly to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.- Continuous Improvement: Leading initiatives to enhance workflows, processes, and service efficiency. I foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, driving horizontal improvements across departments.- Business Process Management (BPM): Streamlining workflows and optimizing processes, identifying automation and standardization opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to redesign processes in line with business goals.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Revenue Operations team to boost efficiency and service quality, the Accounts team to deliver superior customer experiences, and Product Owners to communicate service needs for productization. I also liaise with the Integration team on technical projects for service enhancements and provide insights to upper management on service needs and resource requirements.
