I found this internship through LinkedIn and after a great conversation with one of the founders we agreed on our collaboration. I will be focusing on managing the social media platforms for Nocto where I will focus on creating content (videos, blogposts etc.), analyzing data from these platforms, campagnes and growth. Furthermore I will also support the organization with events and help acquire new leads.

As a Customer Service Specialist at Webhelp Bol.com I had several responsibilities and tasks that I needed to be aware of during my working hours. The next tasks and responsibilities were my main focus:- Show empathy to incoming questions from customers - Communicate effectively and listen carefully to customer needs and find the best possible solution- Call customers to inform them more directly about their question- Call selling partners to get all necessary updates and information for the customer- Keep track of KPI's and performance scores such as: AHT, NPS, cases per hour etc.

As a Crew Trainer at McDonald's I had several responsibilities during operating hours. The following responsibilities were my main focus:- Making sure that my area of the operation was running smoothly and assign tasks to all crew members within that area- Train new crew members at all different stations, make them feel comfortable, adept my information delivery to the person, keep it fun and take care of the administration around the training. - Function as a right hand to the managers and communicate effectively on the floor to make efficient changes where needed. - Be the first point of contact for crew members and guests when issues occur.

During my role as a shop assistant I was responsible for restocking the store and making sure all deliveries were handled correctly. In this role I was working closely with my shift leader to ensure any updates were communicated effectively.
